Led the creative direction and design for Love, Liberty, a custom publication for the Liberty Village BIA celebrating the neighbourhood’s creative spirit.

In a space where most community publications rely on new commissions, the challenge was to create something compelling entirely from curated and repurposed content—turning existing materials into a cohesive, visually engaging narrative.

The project included full art direction, content curation, editorial design, and production, delivering a publication that balances accessibility, storytelling, and design sophistication. Every layout and visual choice reinforced a unified narrative that authentically highlighted the local creative community.

Impact:

+ Award-Winning: Ontario BIA Association Award of Excellence for Custom Content

+ Community Engagement: Strengthened local identity and celebrated neighborhood creatives

+ Innovative Approach: Demonstrated how curated content can produce high-impact storytelling without large new content budgets

Love, Liberty shows how strategic design and thoughtful curation can turn existing resources into a standout brand experience, engage audiences, and generate recognition—proof that your story can shine with the right creative vision.
